Zebra Fashion Two

Sarah Asante was born in London with a cultural mix of Ghanaian and Indian parentage and grew up in the Bohemian area of Notting Hill. She has always enjoyed art and fashion and will spend hours in galleries. She finds creating her pieces peaceful and is always looking out for inspiration in shapes, images and colours. 

Previously having ran a stall in Portobello Road Market and working in the field of health and social care within the community. These experiences have helped shape the work she completes and her view of the world. Making art accessible and enjoyable for everyone is of the utmost importance to Sarah as an Artist.

She enjoys travelling and has gained the most inspiration for her work in Cuba, India and Italy.
