Returns & Refunds

As Untitled Gallery Limited facilitate commission free sales on behalf of its Artists, no refunds or returns are offered directly.  In the event of an issue or dispute Untitled Gallery Limited would be happy to liaise with the suppliers and relevant Artist on your behalf. 

Once an order has been placed we can no longer edit any details or cancel your order. If the shipment details or any other variable are incorrect then we are not to be held responsible and the buyer would be accountable for all fees and commissions on the transaction.  The customer iis always responsible of entering accurate information as a customer so please double check all entries.

The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs in both directions and all banking fees if artworks are returned to the Artist. The balance will then be as the discretion and the sole responsibly of the Artist under their contract terms with Untitled Gallery Limited they will deal directly with you regarding any issues or disputes. Untitled Gallery Limited are not liable for any loses or damages as a result of this process.
