Walk to Firle
Kirsty Asher trained as a textile designer BA hons. She now teaches in her studio and exhibits her work in London and at the affordable art fairs, Surrey, Windsor and Reading. Her work is inspired by her walks and trips abroad. She creates a textured surface, then uses acrylic and collage to build up layers of colour. If you look closely you will find words and newspaper print within the paint and music manuscript as fence posts, there is often a diminishing path leading you into the painting. This series of brightly coloured paintings will transport you into the warmth and sunshine.
