Sea Shells on the Seashore

Verity Walsgrove draws her inspiration primarily from the colours and textures of the natural world, Verity veers towards the abstract and semi-abstract to interpret skies, land and seascapes that are fluid, expressive and open to the imagination of the viewer.

Although she paints in all mediums, her favourites are watercolours and acrylic inks – and most recently, resin, often combined with texture and inks. All these afford great scope for experimentation and enable Verity to produce a truly organic piece of work.
